Position: Purchasing Intern采购实习生

Location: Jinan济南

Responsibilities:

Ø Support project buyer and NPD P&SM leader to follow up / summary delivery status in New Product Development steps (prototype build, pilot build)

Ø Support project buyer by gathering technical information (drawing download, Technical requirements, …)

Ø Support system working (SAP maintenance, Corporate Data Warehouse data analysis)

Ø Support project coordinator to update Bill of Material and collect information from buyers

Ø Support project coordinator to track Engineering Change Notice in New Product Development

Ø Support project manager to summary Material Productivity Program projects status

Ø Support project manager cost analysis activities

Ø Other process improvements activities based on special request

Ø Work in accordance with the Volvo CE processes, the Volvo Way, and the Volvo values and behaviors.

Requirement:

Ø University student (≥grade 3 of bachelor or grade 1 grade2 of master, 3~5 working days available per week for this position) 大三，研一，研二有限。至少每周能实习三天，连续6个月实习。

Ø Data analysis internship experience is preferred
